Possible failed birth control?!

I’ve been on the IUD for nearly 2 years now after having my son, usually when I’m cleaning myself I’m used to being able to feel my birth control weird as it sounds but true. I’ve come to notice that I’m no longer able to feel it and am worried that it could’ve moved due to intimacy (if possible) I’ve been experiencing pains on my left ovary and also towards my uterus, I have no idea if it’s possible to have pains due to possible pregnancy which I’ve been having unprotected sex with my partner or it could be the iud causing me to have pains.

Any suggestions ?
