1st ultrasound

I went in for my first prenatal appointment today. As they started the ultrasound, we saw the yolk sac, he took measurements, but he couldn't find the baby. I'm 5w6d today and he said the yolk sac was measuring 5w2d which isn't too far off and that it could still just be really early or it could be a blighted ovum. Has anyone been through this before and everything turned out okay? I have another ultrasound on Monday (my birthday) and I'm really hoping for good news 😔 I'm so stressed out, we really want this baby 😭
