Trying to get pregnant

So when I was 15 my mom put me on the depo shot and I was on it up until I was 18. I’m now 21 and I’ve been wanting to get pregnant and have a baby of my own for a while now. Idk why I feel that the BC gave me fertility problems because once I gotten off of it and my period started again it become so bad to the point I’m screaming in pain to God and have to go to the hospital to be drugged up for the first 2 days. And I feel like that may be a sign it’ll be so hard for me to get pregnant or I won’t ever have the blessing to do so. Any advice or any type of fertility things I can do to help the process?
