My water broke at 3:30pm on 7/26. We headed to the hospital where they started me on pitocin to speed things up. At some point they gave me a pain killer that I will never ask for again. I felt so out of it for the rest if my labor and it did not help the pain at all. At around 2am 7/27 I begged for an epidural. It took what seemed like forever because the hospital was having issues with their pharmacy. Finally got it, started pushing around 4am and Hunter was born at 5:16am! 7lbs 7oz 20" long!
