Boyfriend and family

So my s/o and i have been together over 2years now and i feel like his family do not except me my s/o is the man of my dreams hes the man i want to spend the rest of my life with we also have twin girls together I feel like his family want him back with his ex she goes to every family function birthdays thanksgiving Christmas n they welcome her like family .. Mind u we got into plenty of altercations my s/o is a big family man and want me to be apart of his family but i cant cuz they never welcome me with open arms or speak to me so i just stop coming around but deep down its hurting me not a day goes past i dont think about this
