Back on birth control

Just started birth control again. Today is my first day back on the ring (Nuva Ring). I've had 2 beautiful girls since last time I used it, 3 princesses in total. 😍 Lol the point of my post, I need and app to keep track of it since this app doesn't give me this option unless I select I've had sex that day. I need something that will help me remember to remove it as well as to place it back in when it is time to do so. The apps I've found so far have horrible reviews. Please help 🤯😔
