FRUSTRATED!!!!!

AF is now 5 days late!!! My breast are sore I'm very tired and sometimes nauseous through the day! I took a test the day AF was due (-) took one yesterday and today.... Both (-) 
Idk what to do now.... I'm hoping I'm pregnant but with the (-) it's hard to believe I am. 
I Reall Don't Know What To Do!!!!!!!!
