HELP!!! I need sleep!!! 😭

I can’t do it anymore. My daughter will not sleep. She is a month old, and fights her sleep. She will eat, and then scream on and off for hours. So by the time she goes to bed, I get maybe an hour asleep before she wakes up again. And it starts all over again. I’m literally going insane. She’s fed, clean diaper, burped, held, swaddled. I’ve tried the swing, the rock n play, the Bobby pillow, the couch, the bed, the floor. Nothing works. I don’t know what else to do. Please help, I’m desperate.
