IUD and acne...

I have been seriously thinking about getting an IUD as I have a terrible reaction to shot and any kind of pills.... I do remember when I was around 17 I was on the pill and my face cleared up so very greatly..... but every since then which was SO MANY YEARS ago I have bad hormonal acne..... had anyone noticed their acne clearing up a great deal after getting an IUD? and if so what kind is working good on your acne? with PCOS and metabolic syndrome my body has too much testosterone and to little estrogen so my body would greatly benefit from an estrogen hormone BUT my body is so sensitive to them so if anything I would have to go with an IUD....SO PLEASE any suggestions or results for acne with and IUD?
