Low PAPP-A?

Anyone have their first trimester screening blood work come back with  low PAPP-A level? Mine was .27 MoM and the Internet is freaking me out 😒 All other levels were normal.

My Papp-a came back low at .5 I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow with twins. My MFM was not overly concerned. I'll be getting growth scans every 2 weeks for the remainder of the pregnancy to keep on eye on things and make sure there isn't too big a difference between the babies sizes. It can be a sign of growth restriction but it doesn't have to be. As of right now both babies are measuring a couple days ahead. Good luck to you.

Hi ladies – what were the outcomes of your pregnancies, if I may ask?

I have low papp-a and have been advised to have an induction at 38 weeks (but by the UK's NHS free healthcare system which is geared toward avoidance of risk and litigation).

Interested to know if you were induced, if your babies were small/low weight and anything else that might help me make a decision.

I ideally wanted to avoid medical interventions, including induction itself plus the higher chance of c-section or instrumental delivery that are associated with induction. But obviously the health of my baby comes first...

Hi I know this is a very d thread and I'm new to this app so I don't know if anyone will get a notification or anyhing but I'm 21 years old and have low papp-a in my first pregnancy .18MoM wondering how your babies went?

I had Low PappA (don't know the exact level) and developed preeclampsia at 36 weeks and had to be induced at 37. Baby's growth also slowed, but not enough to be concerning. 
Baby girl was born at 37w3d perfectly healthy. 6lbs 18inches. Overall a very good outcome, minus the sucky preeclampsia. But baby was great!

Mine is also low. It is freaking me out! Do we know folks in the community who experienced this?

Do you mean Papp-a? Mine is low and I've been told I need growth scans later in pregnancy as it could be a problem with the placenta, so baby could be small.
