Please help me..

I'm 36+5 today with a baby girl.. The past four days now, I have been feeling very off. The first day, I was having a ton of Braxton Hicks, lots of diarrhea, nausea & constant cramping. The second day was the same thing, but I also started losing my appetite. (I haven't let that stop me from eating three meals a day + some snacks.) Yesterday, I went in for my 36 week appointment, had my GBS test done & my midwife checked me. Two weeks before I was 1cm, 70% effaced & baby was at -2. Well, she tells me that everything is the same as it had been except I'm dilated 3cm now. I stressed to her that I've been feeling really bad, but she blew me off completely. So I say "okay, whatever, I guess it's fine." Well, after the appointment, I came home & I was bleeding horribly. Clots & everything. I was also starting to have some contractions. So I call them & ask about it & they say that they want me to come back in to be checked. Well, I waited until 9pm just to see if things would get better. My contravtions started be coming regular at 5 minutes apart, & the bleeding was starting to stop & turn brown. So, I take a shower to clean myself down there & I head to the ER at 11:45. (My dr is an hour away.) When I get there & get settled in, they tell me that they're gonna check me with a speculum to see where the blood was coming from. So she does that & tells me that I'm not bleeding, that it looks like I haven't bled at all..but the speculum in her hand is literally covered in bloody mucus. After that, she checks me & says I'm 3cm & 70% effaced still.

She leaves the room & another woman comes in with a cup of Sprite & ice. She tells me that my baby isn't moving much & her heart rate is low..so drink the sprite to try to get her moving. I drank the sprite, waited an hour..nothing. (Her heartrate is supposed to be around 145 but it was staying at 120.) So I freak out..naturally..& started changing positions like crazy to get her to move. After 15 minutes of that, she finally woke up. Her heart rate went back to 145 & the woman finally came back in. She said she was gonna go get my discharge papers ready & send me home. So she leaves & I get up to go to the bathroom & I'm bleeding so so bad.. I sit down and pee..I'm peeing blood & clots..& I wipe & it's just covered in bright red blood & clots. My husband goes to get the nurse to come check me out again & she kinda freaks for a second & says she needs to go ask a Dr what to do. She comes back & says that that's fine & normal after a speculum has been in me. So I wipe. again & there's a HUGE clot.. Like..the size of a golf ball. So my husband goes back out to get her again because this is definitely not normal. She comes in & her eyes get really big & she leaves again then comes back with a postpartum pad & tells me that it's gonna be fine. That it's normal. At this point I was super fed up.. This is not normal. This is not okay. I know what my body is telling me. So I get dressed & I sign the discharge papers & I come home. I'm still having contractions today & I feel super off..my body is telling me that something is wrong. What do I do??? My dr isn't listening to me.
