Alternating breastmilk and formula

I've been having a real hard time pumping. I get real bad cramps where it feels like contractions and it makes me so nauseous.

Finally after day 4 I am more successful at pumping and get a couple of bottles each pumping session. In the meantime I had to give formula.

I've noticed today shes been having a little bit harder time going #2. She pushes and pretty much has diaherra and makes whining noises.

I'm just concerned I'm upsetting her tummy. Any suggestions? Thanks ladies!
