21 TTC & increase fertility also want to lose weight (I know this will probably help increase fertility as well) I had two surgeries almost within a year of eachother but not quite and have gained 15 pounds after each surgery. Surgeries were December  2013 and October 2014. Would like some ideas on things to do to increase fertility and also some good foods/easy healthy snacks to help lose some weight.
