I got Kyleena the other day, lots of bad cramps, and my body is expelling it, so that’s fun.

Liletta for me is the best so far. First couple of days obviously I was cramping and I did have spotting for 4 months but it’s over now and I have no issues with it at all.

ive had my kyleena for a month now and im still getting cramping🙄 the first day was the worst cramps i have had in my life. i know its different for everyone but when i had the insertion, i passed out haha. if you are concerned about it coming out, get an appointment with your gynecologist

I’m one month or so in and still occasionally get cramps. You should ask for an ultra sound to check if the iud has moved out of place cause that’s the best way to know

How do you know your body is expelling it? Cramping for a couple days after is completely normal. You JUST got it. It will get better. Be patient.
