Help! What kind of rash is this?

We have a doctors appointment in the morning to have it checked out. I'm curious if anyone else's little one has had this happen to them.

It turns out is was her baby wash! I was using Johnson and Johnson head to toe wash. I've switched her to the fragrance free Aveno and the rash cleared up!

My daughter has the same rash. Went to the doc today and turns out it was probably also caused by her wash. We were using Burt's Bees baby wash. I guess my little one just has sensitive skin just like me.

Does it come and go? Kinda looks like prickly heat, a heat rash. My daughter gets it on her face when she gets too warm but good idea to have it checked regardless of what we all think it might be!

I would say heat rash as well, especially if it comes and goes.
