I've been waiting a month for the glider my husband got me as a gift. The shipment was "lost" and they had to issue a replacement. It finally showed up today in a beat up box and a big gash in the side of the chair! Then I was told I can't be issued a replacement because it was already a replacement. Yeah? That's not my fault, assholes! Now I have to wait for the chair to be picked up for return, watch for my refund, watch the new charges because they're supposed to apply discounts to match the promotions I originally received, AND wait another 3 - 4 weeks for a new chair hoping it doesn't arrive damaged. I'm due in 2 weeks and this just pisses me off :(
