Symptoms???

Hello ladies, I just found out I'm 4 weeks 5 days Prego. I have not yet contacted my OB but will tomorrow. This is my second, my daughter is 3 and I am really nervous because I've miscarried in the past and this time around have no symptoms other than cramping from time to time and a backache. I haven't even told my hubby yet because I'm so afaid I'm going to mc. Anyone else have no symptoms?? Tia
