Ectopic Miscarriage

I got my Bfp 10 days ago then 3 days ago had it confirmed with a urine test then yesterday evening I started having really bad cramping on my left side and it still is it’s not going away I was suppose to be 4 weeks 5 days they did an ultrasound and didn’t see anything in my uterus not even a sac to confirm pregnancy urine came back negative but blood test came back 15hcg they said I need to come back in 48 hours to see if my levels rise or drop and re check for an ectopic and they sent me home with discharge papers that say Ectopic Miscarriage I’m not bleeding at all so I didn’t think I was miscarrying but my levels seem like I am I just don’t know what to expect will I bleed will I know if I do miscarry or if it’s still in my tubes will they be able to see it? We tried for a year for this baby we was so excited my husband still has hope he thinks everything will be okay and in two days there will be a baby in there.... Has this happened to anyone and in the end resulted in a healthy pregnancy?
