Age really doesn't matter to me but at 42 this is literally the 1st serious relationship I've been in. She is 24 and she has made me think quite a bit about our relationship and how mature I thought I was. Turns out I still have the mentality of a 20 something year old. This relationship will work but think I need advice on keeping my cool when she needs to vent her issues with me about past events. I can be hot headed as well and I won't back down in some arguements.
