Discharge after MC

Hi ladies.

I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks, although technically everything stopped growing a little after 6w. I only had a G sac and a yolk sac. It was painful and I definitely passed two sacs with tissue as well. (I saw them). This was about 2 weeks ago. My hcg as of yesterday is 30 now. I was having normal discharge but today this came through. I have no other symptoms, no pain, no belly swelling, no fever etc.

Normal maybe? If it continues I will follow up with midwife.
