Matched with my boss on tinder

So I recently started a new job, after scrolling through my tinder matches, I quickly noticed one of the guys I matched with a few months ago was my new boss. I am in my early twenties and he’s in his late twenties (no more than seven years apart). I haven’t told him yet because I’m scared it’d be awkward, but I do feel there is some chemistry between us. We’re always playfully bickering and he always laugh at my jokes despite the fact that I’m very unfunny. I tried comparing his relationship with me to the other women working there thinking maybe he’s just a flirt or that’s just his personality, but he definitely makes more effort to speak to me and sometimes he’ll just come to my office randomly and spark up a conversation. We have a lot of things in common and often talk about them, he teases me quite a bit and recently we’ve had a lot of people leave for either maternity leave or vacation and he told me that he doesn’t care how many people leave as long as I stay there which I’m not sure if I’m reading too much into the situation or not. I’m leaving his department soon as I’ve been promoted so I’m thinking now is a perfect time to make a few moves. We also had a party for all the new staff of the department and I was in charge of clean up and my boss stayed and helped me clean up just to say bye to me, but get this, he only gave a handshake. Is he just a really nice guy or what? I’m scared to make the first move. I just don’t want to make things awkward if I really am just reading into things. I also don’t want to be fired for having a crush on the boss. What should I do? I want to scream because I have no idea what to do. HELP ME.
