Is this safe while pregnant?

Is it safe to bathe using dr. Teals Epsom salt in bath water? I've always used this to relieve aches and pain and to just completely unwind after a long day. Is it safe?

Just made my night everyone (: I'm careful with the temperature and of how long I'm in the bath. But this stuff is just amazing and with my severe migraines I can't wait to get back to my relaxing Epsom baths ☺️

Id think so.. but ask your doctor and mske sure the water isn't hot.. extreme heat can harm the baby

Yes! I used it in my baths my last pregnancy. Dr recommended it to help with my extreme swelling
