Friend keeps bailing on me

Me and my friend were planning to go festival together, but she bailed on me last minute. This is the second year in a row & im completely fed up with this now. I don’t have any other close friends who would be down to go- which means i cant go AGAIN. Which is so annoying because I’ve been looking forward to this day for a whole year now, since i had to miss it last year as well. I was thinking of going by myself- but I know I’ll feel awkward and I probably won’t have much fun.

Tbh guys, I just need to make some new friends. I was wondering if I could get some tips on how to meet new people. Im tired of relying on this unreliable girl, who says one thing but does another. Plus i do feel quite lonely sometimes because I barely have any friends. I do have a boyfriend, but I can’t go with him because he’s going with his group of friends. So I just have to miss out again... lovely.
