Menstruate problems

Since the beginning of the year my aunt flow has been out of wack

Before my last 2 normal months I went without a dam visit from aunt flow for 3 months and again for another month

So I’ve missed 4 out of 8 visits when aunt flow visits like clockwork for me give or take a day or two

I’ve been talking to my doctor and have been on and off hormones to get them started and it’s been doing my head in, causing emotional outbursts and stressing out my relationship with my partner of 3 1/2 years
