Deficiency
As being a teenager I need to eat a lot. So my mom keeps on feeding me everything. Which is why I should have been a healthy teen. But still I keep on having deficiency of iron or smth. My hair started to go grey specially after typhoid. I have weakness and my skin is mostly oily and pale. I have consulted some doctors and they have given me medicines. But rather having medicines i want to have food or healthy treatments that will fix me easily. What am I supposed to do?
