period swimming
has anyone ever been swimming or worn a swimming costume in there period??I have this big holiday coming and quite possibly will have my periods in one of those days😢😢I just want to know if I get my period but get the urge to jump in the pool how do I dress so the world doesn’t knows my secret down there...Will tampons protect me(I have never used one before though).....Ladies please help😰😰
