Am I messed up with him?

I feel like my crush hates me. Something happened in this 2 week I think our mutual friend talks shit about me to him, and now he hates me. I can’t talk with him about that I just feel it... he doesen’t laugh with me that much he don’t stare at me that much and if we are alone he shut me out like if I am not there... used to walk home together now he doesent even wait for me. I felt he liked me but now he completely changed his behavour towards me. And I can’t pinpoint whats wrong.

He also had a girlfriend but now they break up I thought because of me but he ain’t act like he likes me.

What should I do? If he truly likes me will he come back?
