I have a strong pain like in my rib cage only one side? I'm 21 weeks I barley feel my little peanut move. Could it be him causing me this pain?

I feel this weird pain on my ribs. It hurts badly. Idk what it is. My next doc apt is aug 4. I figured I'd ask my doc then. I feel baby move in my lower stomach. Second kid 18weejs

Yah I've had it since about 13 weeks. First it started as just a sore muscle right below where my bra sits. Now though since I actually pulled the muscle in between my boobs right at the edge of my ribs I've been in much more pain and I'm going to be 30w on the 30th. Tell your OB about it because I changed my app when I pulled the muscle to be seen sooner cuz it really really hurt and she listened to my lungs and felt my ribs to make sure it was a muscular issue and not a skeletal one because she wanted to make sure my girl hasn't kicked my ribs like my son did. Best thing is to tell your OB to make sure it's not a bigger problem. I'm still aching and it's been two weeks so I'm going to tell my OB about it again when I see her.

In my case, usually when I sit for a while, I can feel the pain under my ribs (right side only). I think it's the way baby is positioned, whenever I do my ultrasound (FYI: I have to do lot of ultrasound due to Diabetes) they find him on right side. I think that's his fav. side.

I have the same issue. I got a bra extender bc my belly sits so high that it touches my boobs! I'm not longer a 34B, I'm more of a 36/38B just bc my belly is in the way! I think my ribs hurt bc of my bra and the way I kind of slouch when I sit down on the couch. Stretchy sports bras that are one or two sizes up are the most comfortable. They definitely beat underwire bras that's for sure.
