Normal period ???

Hi so I got my period a day early ! ( been changing dates since I was on vacation so it's normal ) but this time I got cramps and a heavy red period with clots for one day ! Like the entire day files up the absorbent pad and was defs not spotting at all.

Then next day there wasnt much and it was dark on the pad not much, next day even less.

Could I be pregnant even tho my first day period was heavy with cramps and clots ?
