Super nauseous and tired with tender breasts

Normally, my pms symptoms have been tender nipples, extra hungry, and super horny🤦‍♀️ Af is expected to come on the first of September but my husband and I just started officially ttc so we had a lot of sex during expected ovulation and we actually had fallen asleep multiple times after having sex and having my butt up in the air😂 We have been having unprotected sex for 8 months now but we were in so much stress that it was basically impossible to conceive so now it’s baby making time😎 I know this post is all over the place but bare with me.. I took a test during when I was supposed to be fertile and then my doctor had me take one as well and both were negative but now I’m like super hungry (normal) but throw up in my mouth a lot and my stomach isn’t happy about food. My entire boobs are sore except for occasionally it’s in sections🤔 I’m like extremely not horny which is not like me whatsoever and I’m tired as hell but that could just be not getting enough sleep... Any thoughts??
