Severe nappy rash
My 1 year old has the runs since Thursday which has given her an awful nappy rash, it’s so horrible every time I have to change her nappy because she winces and screams, it’s horrible. I’ve tried metanium cream which is usually really good, and sudocrem, but nothing is helping. Any remedies or tips for some sort of relief for her? Thank you!
