Cold before period?

This is a symptom that’s just started emerging since my last period, and is starting to become more prominent for my PMS now.

Whenever I PMS, I’m getting cold symptoms and feel cold in temperatures where I’d typically consider normal.

(I know that feeling cold DURING your period is normal because you’re slightly anemic but my concern is that it’s happening during my PMS)

This probably is a common symptom, but I’ve only ever had it once before, so if anyone knows if this is normal/abnormal, please let me know!!
