body aches and feeling unwell

hi guys! 38+1 here and all of a sudden started having body aches and just an overall unwell feeling. this is my second baby and I remember the night I went into labor with my first I went to bed early because I didn't feel good. feeling like probably that was just a fluke but not sure.

anyone else ever experienced this and went into labor shortly after? I seriously feel like I've been hit by a truck.

edited to add: I've had tons of Braxton Hicks today that are pretty consistent. nothing painful but uncomfortable. my doctor's at John's Hopkins don't particularly want calls regarding BH. so that's fun
