Help me 🙃🙃

Hello all,

So today I’m still ill with my viral infection (seems like a cold but they said I had a red throat).

Now I seem to have put my back out on the right hand side. It’s severely painful to move and nothing is comfortable. Along with this I’ve just noticed bleeding whilst on the toilet. I’ve passed my period and it was pinkish, not what I’d expect.

Can anyone help me out here 😩

What’s the bleeding for and how do I stop my back from hurting so damn much.
