How many kids should a couple have?

One kid is enough or two kids? I am still deciding whether I should have one more I have a son now he is seven already please help!

As many as they want and can take care of properly. For us, we think two kids is reasonable and we know we can financially afford to have two.

However many you can reasonably take care of! My friend has 6 kids and every one of them gets the same amount of love and attention as the others, but others are good with one because that’s all they can take care of

That’s a very personal decision. I wanted several (4 preferably) but I have had 2 very rough pregnancies after years of infertility and 2 losses so since this is our 2nd healthy baby, we have decided we are done. I think it’s whatever works for your family.

But the biggest thing for me is people should not have kids they can’t afford or handle !
