Super embarrassing....
This is seriously embarrassing, and probably TMI, but have to know if its happened because of pregnancy...
I am 7 weeks 2 days today and this morning I was having a pleasant dream... won't get into details, but I woke up because I had an actual orgasm. I'm super weirded out, because it has NEVER happened before.
Is it just super ramped up hormones? Or am I just weird.
