Allergy to diaper?

My daughter is getting this on her but and it looks like its spreading it doesn't get better with a bath or cream does it look like it might be the diaper?

It does look similar to a diaper allergy. My son became suddenly allergic to all disposable diapers at six months old and his rash looked similar.

Have you tried changing the type of diaper to see if the rash changes? A lot of disposable diapers do contain some chemicals but the organic/pure diapers don’t so maybe that’s worth a try if you haven’t already tried that.

If it’s not a yeast infection then I would say it definitely could be allergy to the diaper. My daughter was allergic to regular diapers but it literally ate the skin off her bottom. I had to switch her to hypoallergenic diapers

That looks like when my daughter gets a yeast rash. My doctor recommended over the counter clotrimazole (generic lotrimin) and it cleared it up quickly.
