Do I go to the ER?

Today is cycle day 16. (I’m take on femara days 3-7) I have been in excruciating pain all day. I have endometriosis so I’m used to brutal periods and bad pains. But today is different, I feel like my ovaries and gonna explode and if I push on my uterus it hurts super bad.

I’m also on Humira which weakens my immune system.

Do I go to the ER? What should I do?

I don’t want to take ibuprofen due to the risk of me being pregnant. I’ve taken Tylenol but that’s it. I’ve also tried heating pads which don’t do much either.
