Help-Early Pregnancy Symptoms!?

Hi girls! 
So we’ve been trying to conceive for 3 months now and I am currently 2 days late on my period. I’ve been having faint/slight cramps on and off (mainly if I’m laying down) and a white lotion like discharge for a few days now. Could these be signs of pregnancy? I don’t want to test too soon and get a BFN! Thank you :)

Everyone can have different symptoms. I stopped trying to decode my "early pregnancy symptoms" because I would always come up negative and really anything can almost be a early preg symptom so to speak but you never know! Some women have absolutley no early symptoms!
