28 weeks

So I’m 28 weeks and I fell which caused contractions they sent me home saying you aren’t dialated then 1 1/2 days later I go back because I’m in pretty bad pain and loosing mucus plug and stronger contractions they say your 1 cm dialated go home and get comfortable so I did still having regular contractions 15 mins apart and a lot of pain in my lower back and still loosing more mucus plug does it seem normal to be sent home twice even though the test strips twice said I was leaking amniotic fluid they said my levels seemed to be ok but that’s why my daughter came early last pregnancy because she was low on fluid and had to come out ?
