Scared to tell my professor I’m pregnant

I start my one and only college class tomorrow, and it’s online. But the thing is, even though I’m due Jan. 3rd, the doctors think I could deliver early. I want to tell my professor Incase I have the baby around finals, but I’m afraid she will think I’m stupid for being in school and having a baby. (I had to switch advisors because I’m previous one started to ignore my emails and basically said it was a waste to help me since I won’t finish my degree.) I’m afraid my professor will make my life harder and have no mercy on me.
