Since I don't feel comfortable posting this anywhere else. I just want to say, I cannot wait for my husband to get out of the Army. It is the most disorganized job/organization ever. Where bullies hide behind rank, toxic leadership is basically everywhere and leaders barely care for their soldiers, but expect them to come to them with problems. Where soldiers of lower rank are merely pawns for higher officers to gain rank.

I'm sick of his body basically falling apart because of little sleep, profiles being ignored, and doctor apt being cancelled. I'm sick of stupid 24 hour shifts which has been proven time and time again staying up late and having to drive home is equivalent to drunk driving. But you know...army. Yes he looks good in the uniform but I am so ready for him to be out and so is he. ☹️
