How did you know you were ready to ttc?

How did all of you know you were ready to ttc?

A few months ago we discovered a tumor on my liver. Thankfully got the results this week that it's benign! But the scare made us realise how short life is & that we don't want to wait to start a family until it's too late, especially knowing I already have fertility issues.

Me & my fiance get married in just over a year, will have pretty much all out debt paid by end of October, student loans will be paid in approx 4 years, both work full time & have room to grow in our home. What is your advice for knowing when time was right to ttc?
