NEVER Douche!!!! It is SO bad for you! Gynecologists will tell you the same thing. You are supposed to have discharge and cervical mucus. It's how your vagina cleanses itself! It's a self cleaning organ. Douching is very unsanitary. Please don't do it ever again.

Don't do it. I started douching when I was found to have BV and it just made things a whole lot worse. My gynae never told me about the cons of douching. I was riddled with yeast infection after yeast infection and everything was always so painful. I stopped of my own accord and, needless to say, changed gynaes.

Don’t do it! It washes away the good bacteria and causes infections. Having a lot of cm means your body is doing what it’s suppose to be doing cleaning itself.
