Long but I seriously need help..

Okay so my period is 2 almost 3 weeks late! I get all hyped up test after about a week of it being a no show and nothing!!! So I wait a little long still a negative.. I start cramping so bad I mean I wanted to pull my ovaries out and stomp on them I hurt so bad!!! I wait another couple of days and the pains getting worse I’m not sure how! But it is and I’ve been so bloated, starving all the time a lot of pressure in my bottom, and nausea.... obviously something is wrong! I go to the doctor and take a pregnancy test it’s negative of course. The doctor comes in and I spill all my wacky shit to her and she says... it’s either a kidney infection, kidney stones, blaster infection or an ECTOPIC pregnancy... for real lady.. then she proceeds to tell me calm as a damn cucumber if the tips of your shoulders start hurting really bad you should come in because that means your abdomen is feeling with blood!!!! Yea ok not panicking at all.. my exact face as she’s telling me all this!!!⬇️

So I go do blood work and don’t hear anything for a few days and now it’s the weekend and every little pain I have in my shoulders I think I’m dying... I just don’t know what to think or what it could be I don’t have any symptoms of kidney problems other than lower back pain and the same with the bladder infection... I totally feel pregnant so I’m still holding onto hope for baby #2.. anyone been where I’m at or had these symptoms!? Heppppp
