Swollen inside TMI

So, pretty TMI & I feel very strange asking but..

Last night my boyfriend was fingering me & said it felt weird inside. Like it was swollen in there? It's been hurting a bit to have sex, especially from the back. It almost feels as if I am tighter? I'm 29w2d with my first baby. Is this normal or pregnancy related at all?
