Ovualtion help

So I’ve been doing ovulation test for 2 month now and it’s never become close to me ovulating I have had two lines one dark and one quiet light but still there. But it’s never been positive. Could this be a sign that I’m not ovulating. I don’t put it into glow as when I do it pushes my period further an further away but my periods are pretty regular give or take a day or two
