Post partum mommies: anyone crying a lot?

I am so happy but find myself very weepy. Mostly with guilt about neglecting my 3 year old. BTW she is not neglected at all. Her grandparents are making her feel very special. But I feel like I am betraying her. Then just crying over how much I love the new baby. Post partum hormones are rough! I'm 1 week out. Anyone else?

I was crying like a baby (heh) as i was leaving the hospital yesterday, then I was crying because he was sleeping so much and I was scared he wouldn’t get enough to eat, then I cried because he’s just so adorable and I love him so much more than I’ve ever loved anything my entire life. 
I wasn’t very emotional during the pregnancy and I didn’t even cry when he was born (I did cry because of the pain during the labour though) but the postpartum hormones hit me like a train yesterday. Might have been because my milk came in🤷🏽‍♀️

I cried almost constantly the first week and a half. It does get better. I am 3 weeks pp now and around 2 weeks is when I kind of stabilized. Definitely not anywhere near normal yet though!

My baby will be 4 weeks old in two days. I've been getting increasingly more emotional since he turned 3 wks. I was on antidepressants when I got pg and the dr wants me to get back on them bc I couldn't talk to her without crying at my check up. I cry any time I think about how fast he's growing and how short of a time they stay little (I have a teenager that's a constant reminder that you blink and they're grown). When do you know when it's not just normal hormones and its crossed over to postpartum depression?

I am crying a lot but I lost my brother in June and he was excited for this baby. It breaks my heart that he didn’t get a chance to met him. Emotionally I am a little bit more triggered over this then my other siblings, so I think it’s hormones.

I also cried for a couple days after giving birth. My little guy is almost a month and I have a 3 year old daughter as well. She too hangs out with her grandparents and aunts a lot but I can’t help feeling I’ve drifted apart from her. I have gone out to the store two times and take her with me while the baby stays with my husband. It helps us bond and my whole attention is to her. I also try to play with her while baby sleeps or take naps with her if I can. It gets better and as the baby grows he or she will start spending quality time with your daughter and she won’t feel alone :)

I’m a month pp i also have a 5 and 2 year old. I’ve cried a coupe times but mainly cause breastfeeding can be though. This is our first week without help and hubby is out of town so that can change quickly lol

Yes! I wasn’t emotional during pregnancy but I’m crying alot PP. Shes 10d old now, it’s getting better but I was almost inconsolable a few times. Mostly because I was having alot of trouble with breastfeeding at first, she would cry because she wasn’t getting enough then I would cry because I felt like a failure. Thank goodness it’s getting better now!

I'm 4 weeks PP. It gets better. I have a 14 month old as well. It's so hard to tell her no when she wants to be picked up and I can't. She's adjusting better than I was 😂
