How long do you wait to pee before taking an OPK?

I’ve just bought O tests for the first time and it says to wait 4 hours in between urinations before testing. That seems like a long time and a little hard to keep track of. Is it super imperative to do that wait?

I go anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on how much water I’ve had. Like other have said, it depends on how concentrated your urine is when you take it

It’s more important to limit your water intake. I will go four hours without drinking water and pee a couple times in that window. By the end of four hours, your urine should be concentrated enough to get a reliable test.
