Ingrown Hair & Swollen Lymph Node

A couple days ago I noticed a pretty firm lump on my outer labia. I was worried at first but next day after putting a warm compress on it some puss came out (thank goodness).

The lump has gotten smaller, however I feel a swollen lymph node where my thigh meets my pubic area. It’s sore to the touch and has been here for maybe 2-3 days.

Ingrowns are common, but has anyone also had a this lymph node situation as well?
